The spreadsheets are MS Excel compliant. Basically each spreadsheet contains predefined calculation equations. The user can alter the data entry portions, Blue coloured cells, of the spreadsheet to automatically recalculate the calculation result. Example user can input different values of the cells in the Blue colour. Once these values are changed the calculation result will be recalculated.
